Through guided self-inquiry, you look at the patterns driving your own behaviour, and the ones that shape how you work with others. The aim isn't a label. It's the self-awareness that opens a little space between what happens and how you respond. That space is where conscious leadership begins.

The Enneagram is one lens we use to bring these patterns into view. It serves the inquiry; it isn't the point.

The point is to lead from who you are, not from who the moment demands you appear to be.

- The Path to Integration Guide: A 30-day "Blueprint for Presence" of daily micro-practices to loosen rigid habits..
Prerequisites: A short 10-minute self-reflection assessment (Enneagram-based), with the link sent on registration, so you arrive with a baseline read on your core patterns.

Step 1: Discovery (The Assessment)You begin with a short self-reflection assessment that surfaces your dominant patterns and core motivations, drawing on the Enneagram's nine styles. The aim is a clear starting point, not a fixed label.

Step 2: Deep Dive (Understanding the Patterns)You explore what those patterns mean in practice: how they shape your decisions, your communication, and the way you respond under pressure, and how they differ from the people you work with.

Step 3: Growth (Integration and Real-World Application)You turn insight into intention, integrating what you have learned into how you lead and relate, so understanding becomes real change at work and in life.

How long does the program take? The workshop is designed as a 3-hour interactive experience combining learning, reflection, and group discussion.
Who is this program suitable for? The program is ideal for mid-level professionals, team leaders, managers, founders, and anyone interested in understanding themselves and their teams more deeply.
Is this program suitable for large teams? Yes. The ideal group size is 20–30 participants, though the session can be conducted for groups of up to 50 people.
How is the Enneagram different from MBTI or DISC? MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) focuses on cognitive preferences, how people perceive information and make decisions. DISC focuses on observable behaviour, particularly in workplace environments. The Enneagram focuses on motivation. It explores the underlying fears, desires, and emotional drivers that shape behaviour. Rather than simply describing personality, the Enneagram reveals why people behave the way they do, making it a powerful framework for leadership development and personal growth.
Do I need prior knowledge of the Enneagram?
No prior knowledge is required. The program is designed for both beginners and those already familiar with personality frameworks.
What is difference between WHO AM I programme and Lighthouse Talk?
The programme, and the way in.
The Who Am I Programme is delivered as a 3-hour interactive workshop, in person or virtual, for groups of roughly 15 to 30. The real work of self-inquiry happens in the room, through guided reflection, breakouts, and discussion.
The Who Am I Lighthouse Talk is a short, open introduction to these ideas: a free, live 45–60 minute session that lets you meet the approach and decide whether the deeper work is right for you and your team. The talk opens the harbour; the workshop is where the journey happens.
