Who Am I: Enneagram Leadership Program

A 3-hour program run with Enneagram, designed to take you off “autopilot” and help you build high-functioning and collaborative teams.

The Who Am I Program introduces participants to the Enneagram, a powerful framework that reveals the deeper motivations, fears, and patterns that shape behaviour and leadership style.

Through guided reflection and practical insights, participants identify their dominant personality type and explore how it influences their communication, decision-making, and responses under pressure.

The goal is not to label personalities, but to build self-awareness and conscious leadership.

We often focus on what we do in our roles - our decisions, actions, and outcomes. Far less attention is given to why we think, react, and lead the way we do.

By understanding both their own patterns and those of others, participants gain tools to improve collaboration, navigate differences, and lead with greater clarity and empathy.
